We'll be in a better position to judge the value of CMM after the reorg plan is finalized. The release I saw certainly indicated positive equity for shareholders though. biz.yahoo.com
This is unusual, as often existing shares are diluted to nearly nothing in the restructuring.
Just a 1st cut...I'll look at it in more detail later.
I like the idea of exploring distressed situations but we may need to move this to another thread as this has never been the topic here.
