Judy....I tried to buy some MRBA today @ 39 but wasn't filled. I still think it will drift a little lower so won't buy too much. I'm confident it will see 33-35, since it may be awhile until earnings improve. I believe it has dipped as low as 37. I had assumed it would hit low 30's but hadn't imagined it to happen so quickly.
