Maybe we should write to the press and the DOJ and ask why manipulations like the securities industry is permitted?? >>IMHO..'til there is no investing anymore....This is pure and simple gambling. We buy the issue and hope that it gets blessed by the right house so it will go up! Nothing seems to move on its own merit anymore...a case in point....DELL right now...There was nothing..I repeat ..Absolutely nothing wrong with the last earnings report..Hell..I bet most companies would like to do a fraction as well..and what do we get? I am sure we will probably be alright in long run, but why do we have to put up with this horse manure at present? Because all the powers that be are probably in bed with each other for the $$$!!! The little guy is fast becoming a dinosaur in the marketplace.<< Many Thanks Frank

I wondered how those jerks who say: "the market will go side ways with lots of up's and down's" could make statements like that on national TV without feeling stupid? Well now I know it was all planned before hand. No matter what the reality they have a survey that supports their desired manipulation then release it whenever the market decides to follow logic. If I were to make a public survey in June or July that states it will snow in December and the Sun will have a "lockdown" I suppose everyone should wear heavy clothes and knee high boots no matter what the current temperature! Isn't that just about what DLJ did today? TTOSBT
