EGRP jane- i agree. egrp is my bread and butter stock, trade it, hold it. it is the key name in the business besides sch. also NITE and SWS look good too.

it seems to me that the killer app of the net is what these guys do. EGRP will have $600 mil in sales this year, maybe $1 billion within 12 months. no brainer

one other thing- an account has a value to EGRP of say $6000 (present value of the customer's revenues to EGRP) now if they spend $300 to get an account, it isnt rocket science to figure out that you want all these $300 low hanging fruit as long as you can get them. that's buying a dollar for a nickel.

no other internet business has as good of numbers that i know of. i expect they can have 2 million accounts by year end

merrill lynch is a dinosaur, that cannot reproduce... they will be around but etrade is like "xerox", as in copy. EGRP has the easiest route to success of the inets as best i can see

long EGRP

Do you ever play spreads with EGRP? For example, long EGRP, short MER? Watching EGRP today was like watching paint dry, until the range finally extended mid session.
