Heres an idea.

Create a new series of warrant class (MIDLU) that will expire 10 years from now and has an exercise price of $10.

Issue 5 MIDLU and 2 MIDL for every 5 MIDLW held as a dividend.

Raise the exercise price of MIDLW to $100 (basically the MIDLW will go away and expire).

Holders of warrants will have some common stock (without having to put up any money, as compensation for raising the exercise price).

[edit: maybe the existing warrant class (MIDLW) could be used if the expiration date were extended, exercise price raised to $10, and a dividend of 2 MIDL for every 5 MIDLW paid.

Also make the ex-div date the day before trading resumes, so only presently existing holders get the dividend.
