Thank you, and sorry for not providing that link. I saw the same situation today on another thread, but cannot remember which, and I've never seen this before. I'll keep looking.

I've noticed it's been happening quite a lot
lately. I've received error messages and then
clicked the "back" button and clicked on "submit
response" again thinking the post didn't go
through, only to find out that I've made a duplicate
post.
