Club Fatt! OTC BB - clubfatt.com

Good Evening Club Fatters!

I have one question before I get into the email. Was my site or name or
something mentioned anywhere today? A surge of people hit the website and
signed up for the OTC Letter. If you have a link or know of why YOU
signed up today, let me know! Thanks!

Ok, on to the delayed email :)

For this week, I am definitely sticking with DMEC. Why? Because the
volume is steady. Remember last week when I first mentioned this stock
and the volume surged to 3 million on that day? Well, typically, when a
stock runs a little and falls back somewhat, the volume will dry up and
it's all over but the crying.

This is not the case with DMEC, which sparks my curiosity. There is
apparently a lot of interest in this stock by the investing commmunity.
Not so much the trading community, because it is moving slowly, but
surely, UP! It has had a good last few days. Up from its recent lows.

I can not decide if the MMs are covering at this point. I think they are
have started too. If there was a sudden REAL surge of buying, the MMs
would have to cover fast, thus propelling the price of the stock onto a
plateau that would make us all laugh at the current price. This is all if
the MMs had to cover fast.

It appears the that the firmest number on the Total O/S shares is 30
million, from my best research and reading. This was something that
seemed to be up in the air.

I also am very enticed by the website they have! Please see the link to
it! It is not up and not finished. They are correcting grammar, fixing it
up, and polishing it all to make it perty :) ---> 207.246.226.130

Also, I just found this email letter on DMEC sent out today...
--------
ddstocks.com 6/7/99
***DMEC***- Continues to hover around $0.17. We understand that
DMEC is currently working with consultants, but do not have any further
information regarding what exactly they are doing. Several people
continue to note the greater buy to sell ratio on DMEC. It is believed
that the MM's have a large short position. Gary Swancey confirmed that
one of the market makers called him to inquire about DMEC's filing status.
Gary said that DMEC should have the papers filed by the deadline. As
stated before we do not feel the potential of this stock relies on the
possible large short position, but acknowledge if true this could be the
rocket fuel to lift DMEC shares much higher. ***The following are some
interesting ideas and only that.*** Many people seem to think that DMEC's
purpose of having a server is to control their own site. However, we have
a feeling that there is more to having a server, because there are simply
too many opportunities on the internet when you have a server. These are
some of the possibilities: web hosting, website development, and finally
maybe even branching out into different areas for greater revenue. Mr. Lu
and Mr. Odaka have extensive backgrounds in finance, which we feel is very
important. These two individuals know much more than selling videos and
frisbees on the internet. We suggest that everyone carefully read about
the backgrounds of the DMEC management. Then ask yourself what are the
possibilities for DMEC and how does that relate to having their own
server? After doing our DD we think that perhaps DMEC is considering
becoming involved in banking or finance. However, we have no proof that
this is the case, just a possibility. The front page of the prototype
website gives a few hints about expanding DMEC's internet presence
(http://207.246.226.130/.). The following was obtained of the e-DMEC
prototype website, "Additionally, e-DMEC is in the process of partnering
with strategical internet savvy companies to guarantee its success in
various internet ventures in the near future." Only time will tell where
DMEC is headed, but we do know that the appear ready to pursue the
internet and e-commerce. We maintain or short-term target of $1 maybe
even $2 within a month. We like the potential we see in DMEC. We
recommend as always that everyone do their own DD as these our just our
thoughts. Our parting question, where do you see DMEC being able to go
server in hand?

I have learned this weekend, that StockWatcher, a very credible guy, has
DMEC on his Index. Very good thing! Trust me, if you haven't heard of him
:)

Also, go to the DMEC thread. Mulla has posted some great trading logs...

Looking at this, these guys are really struggling for some shares...Watch
for a pop!

Also, if you look around and search on SI and other threads, you will see
that a lot of people are taking serious notice. They are all agreeing
that MMs are playing games and are about to be up the creek.

If you are new to the list, and many of you are, please log on to
ListBot.com and look at the archives. This is week #2 I have talked about
this stock. Our last one was STRU. Many of you made a lot of $$$ of it
in a short amount of time! GOOD JOB!!

OH yes, for the new folks. I don't give entry and exit points out. It is
rediculous and I will never say "buy" or "sell." Nobody can predict the
market and I will not attempt it. No hand holding on when to buy or sell.
I tell you what I like and you make up your own mind. I am not a broker
or financial planner. If you don't like it, hit unsubscribe at the bottom
of this email.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it!!!!
