Oh Debbie I am sorry you paid so much ... I did not know they went that high ... Not everyone is playing the warrants for a momo ... but 90% were and told me so ... I even learned what arbitrage was on this stock and I did not know what it was.

I learn everyday something new. I do not know how to stop the arbitrage if someone has a suggestion then by all means make it.

I like the non trading concept and leave the price at .50 myself.

Someone owns them. That way it would bring value into the company and no one wins but the shareholders.

Debbie,

I could copy your post and sign my name and it would be accurate. That is exactly what happened to me. I bought the warrants to get a chance to be able to have as many shares later as I was able to afford to exercise my warrants. Before I had the assets to exercise the warrants, the stock was halted.

I understand what GaBard is saying, but it sure leaves a bad taste in my mouth to see him so blatantly not seem to care much about what happens to us warrant holders who bought on good faith the deal that was offered.

Most of us felt bad to see what Gary went through. It seems strange to see him come out with his attitude toward us warrant holders. You would think he would show some compassion even though I understand what he is saying about warrants hurting the "VOTING SHAREHOLDERS".

With respect,

H Peterson
