Hi Karl: The private placement which is mentioned is the conversion of the floorless Series B. Note that the PR this morning indicated that the registration of the new shares would take effect on June 19, which fits perfectly the 2 weeks time frame of the CBS Marketwatch story. The question is now to figure out what the convert holders will do with their newly issued shares and warrants. Get the shares + exercise the warrants and then dump or hold? The second option would signal a great degree of confidence in the future. So, the tape will tell the tale. Best regards, Benard Levy
