Great report Dai.. appreciate your honesty especially on "ET&T and eConnect had signed a licensing agreement of $8,000,000 dollars for the next 20 years!" This appears to me to be more of a technology or service lock in than anything else.

I am more curious about the "100 Millions offering.. 10 million shares will be issued this week or next to pay for the acquisitions of 77wins.com. eSportbet, Rogel Technologies" It seems to me the modest but already profitable and growing compaines (77,eS, and Internet Casino) are being umbrelled with Rogel into a new portal community.
If this works, then its a good move that should generate cash flow growth much more quickly than as separate entities while offering some synergy we won't see until it happens. Are they also being paid with stock or money from stock sales? Any portion from stock is a free expansion of talent capital and incentive while getting control of some positive cash flow. That's great for us because it quickly creates company mass and deepens resources. Growth is about the only thing wall street takes notice of at this stage. Its one of those odd dilutions that could immediately increase share value if used properly.

I'll stayed tuned.. whoever puts a harness on cash transfer casino internet and offshore will have one fast ride.

Thanks Dai.
An excellent report on the meeting and on eConnect. I was happy to hear you ask so many questions. Tom will need to do better in the future regarding a private room without outside noise. It was hard for me to hear a lot of what was going on since I was at the back of the room.
You are correct that eConnect must stay focused. eConnect must stay focused on the right projects. If what sounded like a great idea turns out to be anything less, Tom must cut his losses and move on. Tom is learning as he goes and will be able to recognize projects that will not work at earlier stages in the future. He has completed projects that he feels will work in eConnect's best interest.
FOCUS, FOCUS, FOCUS; but make sure that the project will take us in the right direction.
Go BETT!!! Go Tom!!!

Evening Dai,

If I recall, I specifically asked about stock dilution. As I recall, that
is on hold. Also if we take into account what you own and your other investors
there isn't that much out there to buy. It is important that we know just
what is available to the public. If we take into account what you own,
I own and all the rest on this thread, I'm still only seeing 3mil that is
tradable, that makes this a very price sensitive stock. It also means that
if my observations are correct that this is being controled to the positive
side. The T/As don't lie. There are forces in this company or outside of
this company that are preventing major price swings. Thats good.;-) The
program doesn't lie. Now, if you are going to tell us that dilution is
going to take place then I will have to re-evaluate my position. That means
that I take the positions that I have and use it as a trading position insead of
a holding position.;-(

Also, my understanding is that ET&T only held 52% of e-connects stock.
Also, my understanding is that ET&T is suppose to be collecting now but
Tom has elected to postpone the pay out. Correct me again if I am wrong.

So Dai, maybe we walked away with two different conclusions. If that is
the case, then maybe we need Tom to post here and clear things up.

Ron
