OTHER GUY: Yeah, those are two of the posts I had most-in-mind when I suggested that potential buyers check out the HTNZ thread here on SI. I figured it was just easier to tell them to go there and look, rather than copy-block all the relevant posts here. But I'm glad you posted these two, anyway... What's still not clear to me is who's actually running HTNZ these days, and whether the company is involved in anything "real" it may well be, so I don't want to cast aspersions -- I just haven't been able to find out any more about it).
