D'man: Outstanding post. It looks to me like the smaller MSFT out negotiated this candy tail Norris. Made them sweat right up until the very last 15 mins. Go MSFT!!! As you pointed out they signed the dotted line and didn't go with their crap O/S2. They didn't drop the suite and on and on. This is the biggest trial ever based on speculation of what might have happened. If there isn't enough competition for MSFT blame the candy tails who couldn't cut it and don't let them tell you IBM wasn't big enough.
