As the Company typically issues press releases at 8:45 a.m. EDT ...

The pattern of early morning news releases does hold very true for IWM. However, the closing of a PP is very frequently a VSE issued notice as opposed to a company sponsored news release, so this one may surprise you and appear at any time during the trading day.

No worries. Most of the action re: IWM is on the Stockhouse Thread, but I know that most of you look over here from time-to-time. I just don't want to join another thread.
