Mehitabel, NTAP is not a well-understood company. It is a very volatile stock. You can count on many unexplained ups and downs. If you are a trader, have at it. If you are an investor, don't let these swings alarm you.

Paine Webber(?) was hosting a tech conference this morning, EMC was
named (along with Dell, IBM and several others) as one of companies
that might experience a y2k spending lockdown in the q4, NTAP dropped
in sympathy.
