Visual Reality Editing Software?

I just looked on BUY.COM and they have two listings for the V3 3500. One of them is listed as:

3DFX VOODOO3 3500 AGP 16MB W/TV W/VISUALREALITY EDITING SFTW @ $212
the other without software is $197.95.

O.K. So what is this and what is it used for? Can I create a beautiful virtual babe that ugh looks just like my wife ;)

Price on V3 3000 was $135.95 - that's $50 cheaper than Elsa's TNT2 and $100 cheaper than their ultra - even the V3 3500TV is $25 cheaper and with that I can listen to tunes, record movies, and create my own fantasies - what do I get with the TNT2 - a million wonderful shades of chartreuse?

Joe "This is one case where I want the runner-up" C.

Gateway now has V3 3000 as standard on their Perfomance 500 series (450 is TNT and 550 is TNT2). Seems like V3 is starting to capture middle of the road bulge bracket slots at Dell and and now at Gateway. Anyone know whan PCData May sales numbers are published? Joe C.
