CA$H - you will find the number to the company at the two latest SEC filings; NO ONE answers the phone - it is voice mail for their cable operations, however, it is the only phone available; I have sent a certified letter return receipt last week to James McNamara, CEO - as he received the 1/2 million in December to fund his separate "movie company" but listed at the same address etc. Anyway, I inquired when they were going to hire a new PR firm; the last NYC PR firm they had was fired in November last year; they are cutting losses and removing losing attachments - all this while not filing bankruptcy; all this while maintaining trading status on both canadian exchange and american exchange. if you go to www.hoovers.com and key in PMGIF you will find the "synopsis" of the company wherein it stipulates who the officers are, the numbers, the "contact personnel" that are never available, and the sentences that describe the exclusive agreement with SPICE. This information was initially published in a discreet web publication that may be referred to in the "thread header information capsule". Otherwise it is in one of the posts at the beginning. I have no idea why there was no news release, one of the questions referred to McNamara. Website is www.cyberspice.com I don't understand "roll back shares prior to financing" sec.gov when you get to this page, go down 3 THREE titles and there will be the May 1999 SEC filings you need to read. Just look for the date May 1999 and Princeton Media etc. I called playboy about 2 months ago to get some information (parent co of Spice) and I guess they are too busy making movies, they never returned my call either. :) Oh, they have money - it is just shuttled from one shell to another while they try to figure out how to get their concern going again. They have offices in NYC and in Florida. They had the money to file the two SEC reports and filing fees for the canadian exchange. That is not cheap. This is a risk investment IMO - I am taking a gamble because 1) the management is doing what they laid out in January with the publication of their SEC December 1998 filing; 2)they have been working on the website, and it is operational (not the best of design but a start), they did get rid of their losing entities; 3) McNamara makes his own movies, with his production company located in Florida, and he can get them on the Spice channel now due to the "hand holding" of this deal. Distribute them on the net and via TV. Number 3 is speculation, but having found information on McNamara's ties and background and that of his "company officers" - they are on the dark side of the street, sex is money to and for them, they see big profits and how to make the money in this industry; they saw what was not working any longer, and lined themselves up with the big player (playboy) and got onto SPICE which is playboy's "seedy" programming; softer than persian kitten, but harder than playboy. McNamara's movies are seedier and well suited for SPICE website and distribution via SPICE TV too. So far they have not BS'd in the SEC filings and they can be tracked so they aren't hiding, just not forthcoming with all the information, just what they have to come up with to stay legit with SEC and maintain credibility with playboy and other "players" in their industry. I shall post any response I get from McNamara when and if I get it. Otherwise, I just check in when I find something. Well, the STARS (hockey) have just gotten a goal so I am off to watch the game. If we win this series, we get the cup; the Holy Grail of the sports world....
