Well, I wish it were that simple but if the warrants do not trade so people can trade them I doubt they would get exercised.

Ok here is the warrant delimma;

1.) There are 9M warrants out there to be used to arbitrage and short against thus keeping the common share price to a limit of the exercise price.

2.) No company is going to come into MIDL with this limited price scenario because of the warrants. They will never make it off the OTC.

Now unless the warrants are resolved we can forget getting a reverse merger into this shell even if it does come up trading.

Simple as that.
