Nonsense my dear penni. We should be proud to bursting at the complete and utter effectiveness of our subterfuge. After all, it has taken much practice. Although yes, I do know that the tinge of eyebrow raising we used to elicit by our simultaneous but completely coincidental departures from onlinedom was rather more titillating I suppose.

Some of us, ahem, are simply too sophisticated to take public notice of your and Thomas' comings and goings. It's not as if we don't know about your little, um, friendship. It's not as if we aren't aware of your activities, but it's a um, relationship, of long standing. Snide comments and elbow-are reserved for new couples, it's traditional. Now, as long as you don't frighten the horses, we don't comment.
