GULF (GOU) has 2.6 trillion cubic feet of probable natural gas reserves in the Beaufort Sea and Mackenzie Delta areas of Northern Canada. One -half of this gas , discovered by Gulf more than 20 years ago, is in the Parson's Lake Field located in the Mackenzie Delta. This field was delineated with 17 wells, which will allow a high percentage of these reserves to be reclassified as proved with the start-up of a development project.
