It wasn't a P&D and after you have been around longer and get to understand Tim you will come to realize that he doesn't front run or P&D. I am not trying to belittle or put you down in any way but in reality and being honest how much DD and what kind did you actually do before you chose to buy JACO and after doing this DD what was it that you saw in your research that led you to purchase shares in JACO, Just curious, :-) MarkC

SarkieBug, after you've been around this thread a while longer you'll recognize the true P&Ders and Tim is certainly not one of them one. Its been possible to pick up Tim's picks at prices less than he paid for them (if you're patient), that is never true for a real P&D.

I think JACO is still a good hold. There is some consolidation going on in this Industry. It figures though every time I buy something it drops. Tim has always been upfront and honest, something hard to find on an online forum. You have to have some patience with these takeover plays. There were a lot of shares traded that day. Can anyone help with the Outstanding Shares and Float? How many are still holding?

I hope the volume picks up a bit soon!

Regards,
Mark
