Hi Mark,
Well, I ain't a big fan of NWK in the real world and wouldn't put any money in them based on that opinion. But you might not consider me objective in this area so I'll just stick to the P&F read.

NWK has a very clear trading band that trends downward. It is at the top of this trading band right now, bumping its head against the bearish resistance line. It did break a double top a couple of days ago which could be construed as a buy signal, but not in the context of such a clear downtrend after repeated sell signals. There are two places that you can start to think about buying NWK (based on P&F). These would be after it prints $11.5, which would be a double top break and a clear upside break past the BRL or on the other end you could buy at support at $7.5 if it holds.
