bill that is true. but on the other hand we all know that koo koo roo's was having problems. joe steped in and took over and showed them that it could be turned around and he did. in return they sold these units to him at a very good price and a contrac for the next 20 years that only joe can build in canada. this will make the koo koo roo chain bigger and better so it does make sence for them to do that. this deal was worth even more. as i under stand to be true joe can now earn sever million tax free in canada as it will be written off from the loss that koo koo roo's had but joe did not have to pick up any of this loss. now you have a 5 million for 1 million deal and get to earn several million proffit tax free. what do you think this will do for his bottom line. this deal is one of the reasons joe works day and night. he gets the job done. koo koo roo's must have seen something very good in joes company to make this kind of a deal. just an added note. take the units that are on line now add the other 16 unit aqusition and aditioal koo koo roo's by the end of the year. i believe we will have at least 30 units in operation and profitable by years end. and if he closes any of the other acqusitions he working on we could see 50 or more units in operation. do you think this would turn some heads. in any case best of luck to you with all your investments.
