If no one can see that then I apologize for being a bully. But the arbitrage until resolved makes this stock extremely limited

If you can't see that then I guess there is going to be some people upset when it is resolved..

Is it your opinion that the only way for the arbitrage to be stopped
has to be done in a way that will upset the W holder's?

Hello Everybody.....

Isn't this "comment period" for Midland taking just a little too long. I think it's time that the Midland Shareholders tried to apply just a little e-mail pressure on NASDAQ to wind up this "jumping through hoops" period and let us get on with trading our stock.

We are all sitting on assets ..... am I wrong in saying that MIDL is worth in the area of 24 cents each (based on 16+million common) and the MIDLP over $10.00 with the CBQI stock Midland holds....and those figures are with CBQI at only $3.00. I'm not selling my MILDP for 10 cents on the dollar..... Add to that a company coming in someday and an increase in the price of CBQI..... Hopefully we will all have smiles on our faces again.

With that said.... anyone who wants to sell their P's, think twice.

Now lets use our combined efforts and request that NASDAQ expedite their efforts to get this stock trading as soon as possible.

Best to all,

Serena

Gary:

You were being very reactionary and really down on warrant holders.
Even though I was calling a spade a spade when I described your actions, I too was being reactionary and out of character by being so
direct. I am sorry.

Just a few posts later, I notice that you were "back in the saddle again" and making your very able efforts to study the problem. Thanks.

I STILL SAY THAT ONE SAFETY IS TO HOLD ALL INVESTMENTS IN ONE"S
PERSONAL NAME, RATHER THAN STREET NAME. THIS REDUCEDS THE AVAILABLE
INVESTMENTS (P, C, W) which can be borrowed.

Best,

Marshall W.

Yes, we, the warrant holders, do understanding the problem but just do not want to be wiped off of the map.
