CBurnett, Brad posted the information for the transfer agent. If you have questions regarding shares being issued try checking with them. Brad checked last week before the breakout from $2. and confirmed the shares. You might want to do the same. Kevin

HI C I would think that there would be a SEC filling if any share where converted, they are fully reporting DDEQ and they would need to fill with SEC to convert shares. Please look at a 1 day chart on the volume of DDEQ and where shares where sold, it is very clear that almost 100,000 where sold between 5,5 and 4.25 between 9:30 and 10:30 this morning. 300,000 share where traded in between 4 and 4 3/16 and then with no direction in the marked. Then there where a small rally after 15:30 today 100,000 shares traded up to 4.25. I think that what today tells us is there might be alot of people buying and some support at $4. Just trying to explain todays action Best The Saint
