WOW that is not good news. I remember they were answering the phone and very cordial the week before the Site was 'to be launched' the first time. I posted when I threw in the towel. After reading your post, I am glad I did. There is no excuse for any public company, no matter how small, not to pick up the phone. At minimum, an answering device.
