Hi Bernard, I'd like to respond to the recent business model analysis. ARTT's original business model is based on single digit penetration into each building. Their actual model is showing double digit penetration. The original model indicates that they will be EBITDA positive in each bldg in 2 yrs of inception which is proving to be dramatically reduced. What is that No? We don't know but I suspect it will be a good one. Maybe 12-18 mos? Who knows but we will know soon. Until then we are all speculating. Early indications are it will be better than expected. Lets get the info before we slam the door! See Ya! Ric D.
