I usually don't get into this stuff...butttt....Tim Picked Jaco...and said when he was exiting the stock...If you held, which I did, that is your choice...Tim does not P&D...and if you had been around here long enough you'd be aware of this. Hands is a great stand up guy and I respect him and each and every one of his posts. Hopefully you will learn to respect him too in time on this thread. If not, that will be your loss. Finally, Tim has done a lot of great things for the people on this thread. He has educated the novices such as myself. He has been patient with those that truly want to learn. He has shared his expertise and knowledge without asking anything from anyone on this thread. Unfortunately, you got to this thread too late and Tim is now gone. I received an email from him today and he told me two things.....1. He's still very strong on CS....that's the good news... 2. Now the bad news...he said that he will NOT be posting on SI again...IMHO if we all quit bickering, and get back to helping each other and trusting each other as in the "old days", I believe we'll all be better off.....Now I will get off my "soap box" and shut up....happy trading to ALL.....

Sarkie..My oh my..your fangs are showing...I have known HandsOn for quite a while and No he has never spoken in that tone. He is a very gentle soul. Gee...you must have deserved it!

hi sarkie... it is not my intention to become part of the latest controversy on the thread... but after reading your posts tonight, it is my opinion that you may want to put more thought into your posts before submitting them to make sure they say what you mean... first you say I'd like to ask him about his P&D on JACO. then you go on to ask How do you feel he has been slandered? i can see how that conclusion could be drawn from your posts... to call tim a pump and dumper is extremely unfair and untrue... i use the same brokerage, and when you buy a stock with margin dollars, and it dips below 4, you either come up with the cash or it is sold... this thread has been through enough in the past week... i would like to see things settle down, and quite frankly do not think posts like yours regarding jaco are of benefit to any of us... constructive posts regarding stocks and market action are what is needed here... i still hold jaco... with a book value of $9.75, and 1 million shares in the float, it is my thought that any news or developments will send the stock up once more... we must all take responsibility for our own buys, and our decision to buy sell or hold any stock... kathy :)
