They are a security that people bought on the open market. For them not to trade would basically nail them into a forced exercise scenario. They need to be able to trade them if they so desired.

Heck I really do not know ... I am concerned with the arbitrage and not picking on anyone. I did not create the rules of the market that others use. But arbitrage is a serious scenario and needs to be addressed.

All this started because no one wants the warrants but will buy P and common. At least those have voting rights should it ever trade again. Also since no insiders this is a shareholder controlled security.
