Don: Averaging down is now against my religion <ggg> but in this case, it's a clear opportunity to grab some very inexpensive shares. We now know some of the news in the pipeline, not exactly like we'd be buying cheaper shares with nothing on the horizon. Anyone who picks up an extra K or 2 will be glad they did. I had BII at 3.00 .. so ask me if I'm prepared to wait on WEB, you bet I am. If you are in a hurry, you'll miss this one. WEB may take awhile longer & that's fine with me, as they are dotting their i's & crossing their t's. It won't be long when someone will be glad they were able to grab shares at 10 & 15 dollars. If you already own shares, sit back & relax. Mike
