Are we talking about Financing or Float and Total O/s!?

Both are very very important. If we knew how much financing is needed, we would know what they are about to acquire.

I don't like bashing a stock, and I hope you don't consider this bashing, but...

If the float is really big, then they probably HAVE used the shares to finance previous deals. So what makes investors think they can actually pull it off this time?

Sorry, that is just something that came to mind and important when considering investing in a stock that is going through a restructuring and needs $$$.
