Hi Goldie. One more problem is that they charged me twice in April when I first signed up. I noticed that a few of days ago after looking at my credit card bill. If they do it again for the month of May, I'll be really upset.

I don't mind seeing them face more competition from service-oriented ISPs such as MSPG and ELNK. It is good for us consumers.
