Already offered in most states by several providers. One is www.freeweb.com (must pay $120.00 flat fee). Must rely on advertising for the rest. Sound like a cost item to me.

By selling many, many more systems than they would have otherwise.

Europe was a sore spot last quarter and this could be the
rocket fuel necessary to gain market share rapidly.

What does this cost Dell? We may never know. But, they
aren't in this business for charity... I'm sure they've
done the math and figured out how to make it profitable.
