seek - if i recall correctly i think disney has options at $50ish on this so i don;t see an $80 stock here from disney's perspective...but i do think that a pro forma disney internet (go.com) with all the disney internet assets in it, with infoseek, could be a $85 stock over time i see a long road ahead for internet/media and it will require disney to stop thinking like a broadcaster/theme park company and more like a entertainment communications company
