the W's if the common comes up trading is not worthless. They are the vessel for arbitrage and always will be as long as they exist ... Question is how to make the shell attractive to a company with real assets and revenues and NOT hold it to a warrant exercise price. I mean, I am all ears here for a solution since everyone that owns warrants thinks I am picking on them. I got a lot/bunch of money in the Ps and I will be ticked if they come up trading so the arbitrage happens. :-) GB
