Howard,FWIW. FAHN brought the stock down today from 48 to 45. He was on the offer most of the afternoon. Last time I noticed this activity was when the stock was in the upper 30's last. FAHN brought it down from 40 to 35. A small market maker was getting calls from FAHN and FAHN was calling others all day trying to buy stock. The next couple of days was when the stock shot up into the upper 40's. It will be interesting to see if history repeats itself. FWIW.

By the way, My hypothesis on FAHN's motives was right on...

Well now that is sure subject to interpretation, and it would take yours to somehow rationalize being right on....

Compare this discussion:

FAHN was rock solid on the bid again pushing it hard, momentum players jumped in and now FAHN jumped to the sell side to unload shares at a profit, and would then only sometimes drop back to the bid to give some support.... Soon however, the stock took off due to momentum players and FAHN did not need to support it... at the top, FAHN went back to the bid briefly, but it was obvious stock couldn't be pushed higher, he then parked on the Ask and the stock started it's nice fall down.

With this:

Only thing that kept CUST from going into the 30's was MM FAHN propping it up..... Obviously, FAHN wants to milk CUST a bit more by getting a gap open Monday that he can shortsell into before this stock tumbles into oblivion.--- Not Howie/genejockey

and tell me again that you were right on....First, there was no gap up on Monday. Second, the stock was not shorted into oblivion by FAHN or anyone else. Third the stock was supported again on Tuesday. Finally, I saw a few more sellers than FAHN late today. However, in a minus 143 market, this would not seem to resemble any tumble into oblivion, orchestrated or otherwise.

Please, not Howie, don't take a bow!
