I agree people shouldn't be kicked off for being annoying or obtuse. What we should all keep in mind, though, is that we're ostensibly all sharing our thoughts, insights, questions and information. If someone doesn't want to participate, that's fine, but endless posts discussing civility and what people _should_ post don't add to the discussion either. Filter, people! I hope you all do that already. The reason SI can charge for membership is that we are generally a sensible and respectful group. If you're up for a fight or for belittling someone, go to the Flame Thread: exchange2000.com or the Thread Moron Thread: exchange2000.com and vent to your heart's content. Bookmark these subjects and follow them, look at the worst SI has to offer and let it remind you how _you_ should act. Dirk

You are right about the bitter arguments going on over many boards, and also correct about it being a free speech forum. When I said "personal threats and arguments" what I was speaking of were arguments between two individuals on a personal level (OT arguing) that got so carried away and caused much interruption. I know of a case of this where SI got so many complaints from posters that the two members were suspended for a while. Also this is what Ike had said to Ahhaha: <<glad he is amusing you...he also amuses himself late into the night...>> I took this to be a perverted personal attack on Ahhaha from the wording, but then when Ike explained what he had meant by this comment I apologized. Now I apologize again to you for my poor explanation and wording. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. Must of been to much coffee this A.M. LOL Hope you have a good day tomorrow Wingman.
