I spoke with Fayiz today about this very matter... He said that everything was sent to SEC about a week ago. Well I went over to Edgar and didn't see any filings...so I emailed him. I dont THINK he will let investors down on this matter. IF he does, I would be VERY disappointed. If he DOESN'T come through in a timely manner... I am sure he knows investors will bail. Of course, the downside is only a few cents... but that is 50% or more from here... in other words ... back to 3 cents. IMO Fayiz made some major mistakes, not the least of which was Power Media. Assuming he follows through with the SEC filings though and does what he needs to do to move forward, the stock has plenty of upside. If anybody sees the filings on Edgar - please let us know...and dont hesitate to pick up the phone and call the company and speak with Fayiz and tell him that as an investor you want to make damn sure those filings are completed. I will try to follow up in a week or two. I am going to the Bay Area tomorrow to visit a couple of business...so this week is pretty much filled up. Lazarus
