It's my understanding that the insider must sell with an upstick.

Let's say the bid is 0.17 and the ask 0.18.
Then his price must be 0.175.

That means the bid won't go down at any of his/her trades.

DIAMOND ENTMNT (OTC BB:DMEC): The stock lost 0.57% to finish at $0.174
with a light volume of 601.4 K shares, about a half of its 3-month
daily
average. The stock is traded on the sidelines to form a new base.
During
this period, buys continue to outnumber sells, though with a small
margin. DMEC shows its strength as its trading was not affected by the
stock market. We believe the stock continues to consolidate at this
level
as some people may lose patience and want to get out and new investors
consider it as a buying opportunity to get in. Though the stock has
not
performed as quickly as we expected, we believe it's a safe bet for
stock
investment when the stock market is going in the direction of
uncertainty
in the coming months. We are hearing some very good news is on the
way.
Again, we invest in the stock on the basis of the fundamentals and its
future growth potential. We need some major trading activity to break
out the resistance for further advance. The stock is rated hold.
