Aus,

That will be my final contribution to this thread.

I certainly hope not. Rules are made to be broken. Once an equation is known it is the markets best interest to move forward and beyond said historical studies. The market never looks backwards. New books are being written as I post.

Regards
Stew

Aus, You said, " That will be my final contribution to this thread,"

I certainly hope not. I have placed SanDisk on my own Watch & Wait list as a result of your extremely lucid explanation of what is happening in the CompactFlash Memory marketplace. Additionally, your discussion has reinforced my understanding of the gorilla game.

At this time, I am unsure that CompactFlash will be the definitive storage for Megapixal cameras. I believe that this marketplace has not definitively nailed down the ultimate standard in competing storage methodologies. In any case, as a result of your explanation, I am adding SanDisk to my own Watch&Wait list. It clearly owns the standards in CompactFlash.

I'm looking forward to reading more of your excellent analysis about companies in the gorilla game.

Best Regards,
Tom
