Bearcub Re Receiving Private Messages

Under PREFERENCES at the top of the SI screen click on OPTIONS and then click YES on private messages. Other people can then send you private messages.

If anyone gets to be a problem and won't go away, you can always turn it off again for a few days. (Hasn't been necessary for me to turn it off yet)
