They are a profitable semiconductor maker with the following characteristics: Aggressive share repurchase plan in place, Book value twice the current market price, $22.5 million in positive working capital, On the acquisition trail, Chart looks very positive, Only 6 million shares outstanding with just a couple million in the float, Yesterday's recommendation brought lots of new attention to the stock, it should be hitting several radar screens today with its rise in volume and price.
