Tom, I wouldn't be surprised if someone does come up with such a loan. I think this loan has better terms though, doesn't non-recourse mean you never have to pay it back? Of course the point of my posting that link was to show that folks have options to cash out their equity that wouldn't require filing any pesky forms with the SEC. As a matter of fact, if I'm not mistaken Mr. Sanchez can't sell until mid October at the earliest. Isn't there a rule that doesn't allow insiders to switch direction for 6 months after their last transaction?
