Mark, I am sure that no one on this board will believe this, but believe it or not. Neither the Company nor any of its officers or employees have any knowledge whatsoever of any compensation paid for the Stock Maker report. No stock, no cash, no options, no warrants, nothing! If you don't believe it, ask Stock Maker.

The company recieved a call a few days ago from Stock Maker saying that Stock Maker would like to recommend the stock. The company was informed that the report would not be paid for. Strickly unsolicieted. The Stock Maker people did claim that they had bought open market stock because they were told about the technology by an individual who had in fact seen the SAS technology in action. They were impressed by what he reported and elected to write up the Company.

When I went down to Tampa to see the technology a few weeks ago, It was like going into the CIA. They make you sign a non-disclosure document that is about four pages long. They take your picture with your ID holding the signed document. Do you honestly think that any company that is that protective of their proprietary technology is going to put a "white paper" of the technology on their website?

What about the COO's or CIO's track record? Why doesn't anyone care to discuss their credentials?
