Could you tell me who's on the BOD for MIDL and when they plan to make a decision as to what will happen with the warrants?

Are you saying Roger Tompkins "CEO" has to make the decision about the warrants or that he will come up with a proposal for the shareholder's to vote on.

You seem to be close to the company so I'm wondering if you might know which way Roger Tompkins is leaning, in regards to the warrants?
