ML, Its paper peddling time!! Your comment about Chris' post #1545 (I think) is about as accurate as a story about ducks flying airplanes. You obviously have some bias against the company. I would suggest you take a vacation and go to Salem, UT and see the store. Post #1545 is perhaps one of the most objective and complete of any of the IAUS posts on any of the message boards. Take Post #1546 with you and ask management to show you all of the areas mentioned and then you will know more about the company as we do. Now if you were talking about DWM, your statement might make more sense, however, for those of us who are close to the company, you just make yourself out to be foolish posting in the manner that you do. Just so you are aware, my wife and daughter are in the process of setting up the debit card to be beta testers of the AFIM concept. Have you been to the store? How in depth have you investigated the company? Read a 10k? If you are in the habit of basing all of your investment decisions on a 10k, you really like to live on the fringe. I have been reading those things for over 30 years and yet have been privileged to see one that accurately presents all of the facts about a company. Sure, Neldon has sold his shares of the company's stock. So what?!! He has used the funds to finance the company and build it to where it is today. The concepts and technology the company has developed will, in its own time have a major impact on their respective markets. What does it matter if it has taken a long tome to develop revolutionary technologies. Just for the record, the company has many other technologies that they have been working on that don't even appear on any message boards. Now ML, I will give you credit for one thing. You bias has caused you to not buy the stock. That is good, because someone that isn't familiar with the company's true details and products really shouldn't own the stock of that company and make money on something they don't believe in. Perhaps though, you know someone that does own the stock and down the road they will be willing to take you to dinner on the profits they have made from owning IAUS' stock!! Now then, to all of you other grumblers, whiners and complainers, you need to make sure that you DO NOT OWN any IAUS stock so that you don't make money on something that you aren't happy about and thereby be a hypocrite. I am really tired of those who of you who are always complaining about either the company or Neldon. What do you really know? Are you working with the company? Do you know from the inside what is going on? A I read some of the post her at SI and other boards, I am amazed at the incidence of "hoof in mouth" disease that prevails. I have read very few of the complainers remarks that hold any water. Are you working 10-14 hours per day trying to make something work for the benefit of others? I read all of these posts about NELDON this and NELDON that and the majority are without any basis in fact. Well folks, from my perspective, you don't know squat about what really has been going on within the company or you wouldn't say those things. I you really understood what is going on you would have been buying the stock over these past three years. As for Neldon selling shares. How many chief executives of other companies do you know who are willing to sell THEIR shares and put the money into the company? If you stop and think about it, he has developed a very astute method of financing the company at NO COST to the shareholders. Now then, with the current float being about 4 million shares and over half of that in very strong hands (one third party has over 400,000 shares), when the time does come in the future for the stock to move, everyone will want in and there will be very little stock available and hence the stock will skyrocket. The U-Check and AFIM concepts alone will make the stock a $50 stock within the next 24 months. There are many things happening with the store. You can be assured that the knowledgeable people in the grocery industry are VERY interested in the store. It would not be unreasonable to see 500-100 franchises sold per year! This is BIG stuff! Anyone that is unwilling to bet $1.70 per share that the U-Check alone will succeed is very short sided IMO. Lets all be positive and good ambassadors for the company. We will make a lot for friends down the road that we can play golf with, travel with, etc. on all of our profits that we will have!! The Internet is exploding and there are more and more web sites every day that need finding. The answer is here! Check out bigguppy.com Imagine, an Internet business card that can go everywhere!
