Slightly OT - Buyouts w/2 common stock classes: Anybody have a good reference for how such a buyout works? Just wondering; never been through one (and really don't expect to now). A URL is ok. A hardcopy book is, too. Regards, Harry

Whenever they start to measure things on some parameter other than PE or PS, I expect a full blowout for the stock if the market can handle it. Just like when they started measuring dotcoms with things like web hits rather revs. (over a year ago) Go ahead and short but don't say I did not warn ya should it 100 or so. But read the BearStearns report on 'em and MGCX, RTHM vs. ATHM.
