Some fine sleuth work Sid.

I guess (true) financials would not yield such a "positive story" as the new hypster wrote up.

Yes Sid, obviously Wall Street Corner and Conservative Speculator are linked. Obviously the distinction Con.Spec. CEO Oakley insists upon is highly questionable. I don't buy it either. Still legally, he may well have it sewn up in his favor. Someone should dig to see if Con Spec EVER recommends anything that Wall Street Corner hasn't been paid to tout- if it does that would help the claim of separation.

If Con Spec recommends ALL or even most stocks Wall Street Corner is paid to tout, then all the legal manueverings in the world shouldn't help CEO Oakley IMHO. If, on the other hand, he only recommends a few of the stocks he is paid to tout through Wall Street Corner, and Wall Street Corner charges a consistent price to all for it's touts...then he could say he only puts his personal blessing only on the ones that please him via his own review, and perhaps be in the clear...but I would think such a situation as this would make those companies who aren't picked for a Con Spec. blessing feel a bit shortchanged as the understanding of this situation gets around. That's got to be bad for WSCorner business I would think.

At any rate, I don't know that it is "in fact the case" that Con. Spec. was paid to put out the report as you say- According to Con. Spec. you are wrong. But it sure is a mess. What a mess. I agree...Dcht should NOT be tempted by such schemes- but then, for all I know they are unaware of the situation- unlikely perhaps, but I sure would hope so.
