On February 28th 1999 I truly felt that way. That in fact happened right after and in spite of when I learned of and became reconciled with the revelation that TSIG's issued shares had risen more than 56% in 3 short months. To 89,000,000 shares from 57,000,000. And from an original point of about 25,000,000 in February of that same year, 1998. I was not a happy camper, but got over it because the marketing plan had grown at the same time with the addition of Hwang and his vision. Not to mention the glaring need TSIG had, and would continue to have in increasing quantity and quality going forward for competent E-Commerce marketing and programming guidance. (Remember where TSIG had been, read all the posts, with the Hastings fiasco under TSIG's previous tutelage.) Here it is not 4 months later and we have the whole plan back to where it was in October '98. We have no revenues. Hence no profits. A management team of highly credentialed historically successful people have walked out. TSIG is begging for more money from the bandits. RG is requesting another 52,000,000 shares dilution. It would appear that from the floorless nature of the PP this could only be the beginning of tens of millions more shares dilution. And then we have the last straw. The watershed revelation of Mr. Gordon's personal enrichment schemes and egregious compensation package in the fascinating I-wish-it-were-a-novel public filing at the SEC of the 1998 Form 10KSB, ironically on of all days April 1st, 1999. We all looked like fools. Imho. Especially when one considered that most of all these new shares passed through RG's personal net worth holdings for a profit before we were privileged enough to buy them. At this point it became abundantly clear to me that RG made his meager earnings from the selling of shares. Not CD's, not teleservices, not cards, not e-commerce, just shares to people like you and me. Even then on April 1st I still had some hope until the dream team walked. I hope that answers your question. If there are areas you would like further clarification please let me know. SC
