Not on vacation here, anymore. While true Grizzard is an impecable company that is obviously solid as stone and would present incredible synergy for MSGI if the buyout happened, all we have is rumor. I find it difficult to chase rumors. While it would be incredible for MSGI to buy Grizzard, I find it difficult to really believe that MSGI could swing the buyout of a company that is almost as big as MSGI, with $120 million in revenues, and which is known as a progressive leader in this industry. It seems that some investment banker would be taking Grizzard public - if anything. Nonetheless, a deal with Grizzard would give MSGI a major business hub in the South and in Atlanta - the most progressive and explosive city in the Southeast.
