Puddinhead; may have a few shares left over from some failed minimalist day-trade (..very doubtful..), has no connections, doesn't have a clue.... Cliff Emohs; found 1 LGOV share certificate caught in the screen of the Clarifier while practicing Environmental Science (yuk yuk yuk), not really worthy of mention, gets to hold the ketchup pack supply box at the annual AINNON convention held behind the dumpster at Hamburger University, never ever has had a clue... ************************ For everyone else, here's a few hints.... Mr. Deng hasn't sold a single share - and neither have most of the other 144 holders (AVV Vanity, Proton, etc.). The reason to file is very clear; most people work on the Boy Scout principle of "..be prepared.."..! (..as opposed to the AINNON-Disney ethic of "which way de he go, George, which way did he go...duh, dooh, Ooooops..?!?) When the price takes off, it's rather handy to be able to trade without having to file with the SEC first - don't you think!?! Everything is coming together for LGOV, including the SEC filing (which is being worked on day/night/& weekends by atty/accountants/SEC atty). It's very likely they will make the intended June 15th date. There are numerous acquisitions that are actively being worked (..more than 5, less than 30..); LGOV "IS" going to be the Standard Oil of central eastern China (...remember our old friend J. D. Rockefeller) Oh yes, there's the little matter of the yet-to-be-announced pipeline that's supplying happy customers and generating profitable revenue...!!** From the "..Jus' so's ya know Department.."; one of the big LNG/LPG terminals under construction in China's has had it's completion/opening delayed - so, those folks are going to want to "..SELL A MESS OF GAS.." in a hurry when it's finished..!! Got any guesses who one of their biggest RETAIL-LICENSES clients will be, Hmmmmmmmm? :-) It all comes back to a little patience, some wisely timed "gloms", and who do you really trust..?!? I tend to lean towards the new boardmembers with credientials that look like the who's-who of industry, and Dan and Al - who I know. Of course, I wouldn't want to take away from the abilities and insight of non-shareholders who have discovered how to open a condiment pack, and make a mess of themselves in the parking lot.....; if that's where you think valuable information comes from...
